We had a little disappointing stay this time. Since they have allowed smoking inside the premises, the lobby stinks of cigarettes, which makes it uncomfortable if that smell enters our air-conditioned room. Also, whenever we ordered food, the plates weren't washed properly and they had leftover stains. I hope not to face these situations on our next stay at the hotel. The rest of the room's hygiene, fresh linen, and the polite behavior of the staff have been consistently pleasant. However, kindly look into the concerns i've shared.

Hotel Seven has a great location, and the food is decent. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, our stay was disturbed by excessive noise — late at night we could hear furniture being moved and cleaning activities from the rooftop restaurant. On another occasion, loud and inconsiderate guests in the adjacent room disrupted our early morning. Additionally, the room curtains were too thin to block out sunlight, causing us to wake up earlier than intended. Overall, the experience was average. The management should consider enforcing better noise control and guest conduct policies to enhance the comfort of all guests.

Pleasantly surprised by The Seven Hotel, Nagpur. Right from check in to check out the staff were extremely professional and the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms were top notch. Kudos to the management and the entire team at the reception, housekeeping and restaurant. Compliments to the chef / chefs for the tasty food. Will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good stay in Nagpur.

The hotel was very easy to locate. The property was very neat and clean. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. The food was also very good. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Nagpur.
